Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to consulting services in the field of video production as well as related services such as web content population and social media optimization.
The contracting party is Svitlana Lebedynska, Angel Swert, Waldstrasse 1, 63128 Dietzenbach, Germany.
1. Scope of contract
Only the services agreed between Angel Swert and the participating or commissioning party, together with these terms, are binding. Agreements with third parties are not binding unless expressly accepted.
2. Fees and due dates
Fees become due according to the consulting or project services rendered. No specific commercial or operational success is owed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Changes to services
Any change in project scope requires coordination and agreement between the parties.
4. Performance of services
Angel Swert may use suitable assistants, subcontractors or external service providers for preparation, implementation and technical execution.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
Non-public information disclosed during the collaboration will be treated confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Client obligations to cooperate
The client shall support proper delivery by providing the necessary information, materials and approvals in due time.
7. Liability
Angel Swert is liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. Liability for force majeure events is excluded where such events are beyond reasonable control.
8. Final provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Svitlana Lebedynska. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
